V Rising dedicated hosting for a small friend group (2026)
V Rising is lighter than ARK or Satisfactory. A clan of 4–8 vampires runs fine on modest RAM, and the bigger questions are PvE vs PvP settings, BepInEx mods and how close the server is. Every price below was read directly from the host’s own V Rising page.
RAM and slots
- Vanilla, 4–8 players: 4 GB. Apex labels 4 GB the “Minimum for V Rising”, and Nodecraft calls its 4 GB tier “Best for Vanilla”.
- Modded (BepInEx), or more castles and more players: 6–8 GB. This is our rule of thumb, not a host figure.
- Slots: Shockbyte sells by player count (8 / 20 / 50) and doesn’t list RAM. Nodecraft says it doesn’t limit player slots.
Mods
V Rising server mods run through BepInEx. Bisect advertises a “Fully Integrated BepInEx Installer” and full mod support on its own page. Apex’s and Shockbyte’s pages mention installing mods from the panel. Nodecraft offers SFTP and says its panel can create modded servers. Clients need matching mods. See Night 6.
